Ron Deller- About the artist

Ron Deller (1930–2017) and Hastings College, Students
Self-taught artist in watercolour and oil, born in London. He worked “in solitude and without any external connections”. Dellar showed at RP, New Art Centre, Leicester Galleries, Daily Express Young Contemporaries and elsewhere in mixed exhibitions. Showed solo at Archer Gallery and several times in Germany. He did a quantity of magazine and other commercial work. The Rother levels in Romney Marsh were a feature of his later pictures. Lived in Rye, Sussex.
